Information we collect

When you start an application, VerifyMyAgent collects the contact, company, and agent information you provide. We also collect limited referral and campaign attribution and privacy-safe technical data used for security and service operation.

How we use information

We use this information to save and review applications, contact applicants, understand demand, secure the service, and improve the application experience. Submitting an application does not mean an applicant or agent is verified or approved.

Service providers

We use infrastructure, database, email, error-monitoring, and analytics providers to operate the service. We configure analytics and error reporting not to receive names, email addresses, phone numbers, free-text agent descriptions, or raw form payloads.

Retention

Our working prelaunch policy is to retain incomplete drafts for approximately 60 days. Submitted applications may be retained as needed to evaluate and communicate about the application, meet legal obligations, and protect the service.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of your application information, subject to legal and security requirements.
